saath-saath skin ke liye bhi fayedemand mana jata hai. Aksar sardiyon ke dino
me skin ko dry hone se bachane ke liye coconut oil se skin par massage ki jati hai.
Jisse skin rukhi hone se bachi rahe aur wrinkles free rahe.
Skin par coconut oil se massage karne par skin me kasaav bana
rehta hai aur ageing, wrinkles jaisi samasya se skin ko bachaya ja sakta hai.

(2) Jojoba Oil:

karne me upyogi mana jata hai. Isko aap coconut oil ke saath mila kar raat me

massage kare aur subah uth kar halke gungune pani se dholen.
(3) Almond Oil:
Badaam health ke liye to achchha mana hi
jata hai. Iske saath hi badaam ka oil sir ke baalon ke liye aur skin ke liye bhi
bahot hi achchha mana jata hai. Almond oil se skin ki massage karne par skin me
